Diagnosis tests of standards 9, 10, and 12 are to be taken in the year 2021-2022, and entry of marks of all unit tests has to be done from the school level on the portal of the Command and Control Center, Gandhinagar.
It is therefore mandatory to have a DISE CODE for all the schools and the child’s unique ID number for all the students of the school. Also, the entry should be made according to each student’s stream (science stream / general stream / another stream). The school will have to update this detail immediately.

The subject and syllabus of a standardized diagnostic test are given in enclosure 1. The standard diagnostic test syllabus includes useful chapter topics from its pre-standard (PREVIOUS STANDARD) syllabus (for example, standard 8 subject-based question papers have been prepared for the standard 9 diagnostic test).
The principal will be responsible for the evaluation of the answer book of the diagnostic test by the subject teachers of the standard in which the student is studying.

In the first week of August, at the Command and Control Center at Gandhinagar, the subject and question marks of each student will have to be entered by SARAL DATA APPLICATION. Whose detailed instructions will be circulated separately.
